CBS broke the bombshell news that President Biden had stored a trove of government documents, including some two-dozen classified documents, in a private office in Washington that Biden used as part of his think tank relationship with the University of Pennsylvania, where he was an honorary professor from 2017 to 2019.
“The documents were discovered when the President’s personal attorneys were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space,” Richard Sauber, special counsel to President Biden, said in a statement, adding, “The President periodically used this space from mid-2017 until the start of the 2020 campaign. On the day of this discovery, November 2, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office notified the National Archives.”

Biden had documents that described the lunch menu at the White House, and he kept them in his bedroom drawer that nobody sees.
Trump had the ultra-top-secret launch codes for nuclear weapons sitting on the tank of his toilet where anyone could pick them up and initiate launches of nuclear weapons to destroy the world.

I haven’t been really following this story but just off the top my head the difference is : the president can declassify whatever he wants , the VP can’t
Of course the VP has the authority to declassify any govt docs. Especially when he’s a Demorat. It’s written on the back of the Declaration of Independence, post script.
Don’t worry about that. Susan rice will just write an email confirming their meeting in 2016 in which Obama declassified those documents.

How many classified documents has Biden stashed at his home in Deleware and his beach house? They want us to believe that the ONLY documents were at the laughably termed “Biden Think Tank”. The thinking going on there is so shallow there is no chance Biden will drown. The only thing they think about is what lies he tells.
The National Archives weren’t looking for these papers. You can’t find what you’re not looking for.

Just as with President Trump and Democrats’ insistence he committed TREASON, I’d say that installed President Biden needs to be brought up on TREASON charges, too.
House AND Senate repudiation of his WANTON disregard for safeguarding classified information, illegal storage and conspiracy to commit TREASON.

I’m wondering if the Chinese women who tried to get into Mar-a-Lago two or three years ago were after these papers. Trump’s security kept the women out. How did U of Penn and U of Del protect Biden’s classified documents? Did they keep the Chinese away from them...or Russians, or anybody?
About this attempted obstruction of Justice business. What do they think it was when Biden lied and announced that he never had access to any classified documents?
There is a lot of difference.
But, the constant thing is the treatment of classified documents by all of these people. If these documents are so important, why aren’t they tracked and accounted for?
Either change the “over classification” or enforce the rules. For every person dealing with them.
