“Money laundry”.
That’s just a conspirational incantation of magic words, that are supposed to shut off thinking (or at least make it unnecessary for true believers).
There is no evidence of money laundering. Money laundering through audited weapons and ammo wouldn’t work very well. The conspiracy would need to have both the majorities of Republicans, Democrats, nearly all the European countries and Putin himself be in on it.
It doesn’t matter for conspiracists of course because for them the lack of any evidence is itself the evidence that they are right.
Tell that to the weapons sent to Ukraine that are showing up in Africa you absolute moron or intel shill. I suspect both.
