That is not the recollection of the left. For them, the Clinton emails were a constant media distraction, culminating with the bizarre Comey FBI announcement on the eve of the 2016 election, which, according to liberals, stunted her momentum and highlighted her baggage.

No they think it was a factor in H losing in 2016. That is what they are worried about. They don’t want this to linger on into 2024 and make things more difficult for them.

If the Dems are so worried about Biden’s future, they should look in their own mirror - because, IMHO, this is being orchestrated by Obama & Co. to get Biden dumped and Newsome installed.

That's why Garland appointed a special counsel. He will determine some time this year that Biden didn't break any laws. End of story.
