Did any of those lawyers have the proper security clearance? Sure handled this way different than the Trump standard.

Even with a security clearance that does not mean they can read specific documents. There is also the need to know.
Corruption abounds in Democrat administrations.
Thought I recalled someone being interviewed saying the head of National Archives recently being changed. Sounds like political appointments. Would be interesting to know just when that change occurred.
I think the point being overlooked is why were Bidet’s lawyers, his personal ones, going through documents at the Oxymoron named think tank. My guess is they were culling through the files looking for stuff that might come back on Hunter and both their business dealings. Once the lawyers got them, they became attorney client stuff to boot.
My guess during this search, they came across the TS documents. Then the crap hit the fan.

Did these lawyers have TS security clearances?
No. Some were uncleared at any level.
WH lawyers probably have TS. Not sure about TS/SBI with SCI access.
I highly doubt all had TS, TSN or TS SCI.
None of their ( WH lawyers ) clearances matter if they did not have a “need to know”. Since they didn’t know what they would find how could they have had a “need to know”?
If one has a TS clearance and assigned to a TS job it is FINE.
Biden should be in prison as TS needs to be in a locked safe, if not being used for official business. I or my SF Intel Sergeant locked the safe every day when we left. Biden had the documents in a closet-not a safe.
I didn’t just consume intel I actually created TS intel documents. One of my duties as the ASW officer on a FF was to generate after action reports after real world ASW ops. All of it, every word of it was TS.

Is that an aiding and abetting charge by willfully disregarding their duty to secure the documents and knowingly letting uncleared people have access to them?
