The title of referenced article is arguably all the justification that desperate, elite Democrats need to argue more unconstitutional, unaccountable taxpayer dollars to be spent try to resolve this "truly profound" problem.

The bottom line...
All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.
If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.
If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.
With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.
In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.
Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

“Climate change” is a theory that is true in the imaginary worlds of Biden, Gore, and Greta Thunberg.
It is alchemy. Carbon dioxide has nothing to do with climate change. Politicians have been trying to show how lead can be changed to gold. It is not going to happen.
It is pure folly to ignore the greenhouse gas that is a major factor in climate change. It is more powerful and plentiful. Acting with the Sun cycles, aerosols, and the oceans as heat sinks, water vapor is the root cause of climate change.

I kept telling my kids this when they would come home from high school telling me how I was wrecking the climate. I would show them the glacial cycles and how we are coming out of an ice age.
I would say to them, “So, if you are coming out of an ice age—a relatively short time ago—would the temps go up or down”?
Baffled. Many scientists are taking money from the globalist types to further this insane, “ we are the problem” notion and that only the paid off scientists know better.
Because atmospheric water vapor is present in quantities orders of magnitude greater, and has a broader and deeper absorption spectrum than any other “greenhouse gas,”so it is the only “greenhouse” gas that matters?
Because the climate of the earth is primarily determined by fluctuations in solar irradiance, with geological activity of the earth a distant second. Neither of which humans have any control over.
Tectonic plates is why the antarctic is not melting. Has to do with the release of CO2 from volcanoes and how they act as a thermostat. Also the moon giving us a 27 degree tilt and preventing an orbital “wobble” keeps us in an orbit that allows 4 seasons and smooth transitions of “weather” compared to Venus or Mars.

The Russians back in 80’s did a drill sown through 12,000 feet of ice and were able to determine 4 ice ages from the sample sections of ice. The determined that C02 was a early indicator of the ice age, not the cause. Global warming good, ice age bad.
I have solved this mystery with this brilliant equation:
CO2 + ICE = COLD
