Much worse was my Alabama Power bill this round. Almost doubled. Course I only have a heat pump on my AC units. #MeToo. I'm an Alabama Power customer, all-electric house, with a variable speed heat pump with heat strips. In the January power bill I calculated the cost per kWh as 15.2692¢/kWh (after first subtracting $15.60 as monthly flat fees from the total bill before dividing by total kWh pulled from the grid).
That 15.2692¢/kWh is up 19.5% from January last year. NINETEEN POINT FIVE PERCENT!

We all have to do our part for Klimutt Chains. Fortunately our new immigrants don't have to worry about bills as they are being put up in hotels and eating on our dime. Remember Brandon has our back with a big ol' target on it.
