Quality of care, not worth the money.
OUr system is broken and too costly. There has to be a much better way but it will never be found or executed. A lot of that $12,000 goes into lobbying against change or regulation. Instead we just have this massive ineffective quivering pile of crap for a health care system.
Most maintenance health care is far from rocket science. It could be done by a computer program and a QA kiosk for a hell of a lot less money, drama and complication.
