The conventional wisdom is that it's not a good idea to skip breakfast. In any case, toast, oatmeal, an egg or two—whatever—is not going to break the bank.

ALL of my life, we have been told that Breakfast is the MOST IMPORTANT meal of the day.

There was a science-based report just this past week that discussed historical evidence that breakfast evolved as the result of food manufacturers promoting the “need” to eat a meal before beginning the workday to benefit ones health and productivity. This despite the fact that until the 19th century there was no such thing as eating a regular breakfast to start one’s day.
