Prince Harry, Meghan Markle mull legal action over South Park 'hurtful' parody of them

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, who have been brutally mocked by some TV presenters after their Netflix docuseries, are reportedly consulting their legal team to take action against 'South Park' 'hurtful' parody of the couple.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex seem to be "very concerned" about their celebrity status in America. After being royally laughed at by the satirical cartoon, it shows really how far they have fallen

It will likely be less of an issue since they are public figures and South Park is a known for its parody. It looks like the usual royal “we are not amused” whining. Lots of bluff, little to back it up. If they did sue I will be surprised if it goes any where and only the lawyers will make bank.

South Park didn't even mention them by name.
I think the lawsuit has no merit, but I want it to happen so they can be even more humiliated.

Is anyone able to explain the South Park reference to Canadians talking, something about the head coming apart, I honestly don’t get this as satire? What’s being implied?
If it’s meaningless then why is it funny? Humor is where truths are told in unexpected ways.
Thanks in advance, just curious. One of the things that irritates more than anything else is stereotyping. Does my head divide at the mouth when I speak? I wasn’t aware of it.

Clearly the 'stupid wife' should have had top billing!
How much more evidence do they need to prove such an obvious crime?

They’ve pretty much done the Canadian thing from Day One. Kyle’s little brother was adopted from Canada. I suppose it’s just their way of creating a difference between Americans and Canadians.
They also love to make fun of Canadian accents, with Canadians saying “aboot”.

They don't understand U.S. law.
They also don't understand public sentiment. It's never effective to threaten to sue a popular show or comic for making fun of you.
To: janetjanet998
Public figures, much more lenient on usage/defamation
Further after what they’ve pulled in real life, south park can’t go much farther.
