Howie has always been about one taco short of a combination plate.
The scream that ended his political career and aspirations to be all powerful.. it was about as tasteless as algore ramming his tongue down Tippers throat at the DNC convention.

Maybe Dean's been away from actual practice that he's lost his sense of humanity, but I wouldn't want to be treated by a doctor who says such things about the supposed distress of others.

Howard Dean - the poster child for the image of a politician for whom the wheels had come off.
An also-ran when he was governor and medical doctor. That had been his job description at one time, but he was definitely not of the first rank even then in either category.
Six terms as governor? That spoke even more ill of the voters of Vermont than it did of him.

The media gave us McCain in 2008 with the eight years of non stop media coverage of "The Maverick" John McCain whenever they wanted someone in the Republican party to criticize Bush.
