Yep! There is geological evidence that Florida was once completely covered by the sea (or so I learned in a state park exhibit back in the 90s). A few years back I saw an article where satellite imagery indicated the coastline of Florida was once much extended from where it is now. So which is the "normal" Florida peninsula? And was it dinosaur SUVs and farts that caused the change??
There is climate change but it is not man made and it is not signs that the world is ending and that humans are a blight. Climate does change it is part of living on this planet.

It is but keeping the Everglades clean and stopping Red Tide are big issues in Florida, prime farmland encircles the Everglades and the Beaches are huge for Florida tourism l, any politician who wants to win Florida will make them key issues
