Florida is a death penalty state, right?Guess you didn't bother to READ THE ARTICLE. Killer was 14 when he did this so he can't be given the death penalty under Fla. law. They'll take care of him in the general population though. Automatic sex change from male to shemale. He's gonna look so cute in his new role.
