It doesn’t make sense to me for Trump to turn himself in if this is going on. This is rogue regime stuff. They don’t care about the law or public pressure.

Trump does not have a reputation of hiding or running away. Even with the most rabid lying media types...

“It doesn’t make sense to me for Trump to turn himself in “

If he doesn’t turn himself in he’s above the law. If he does turn himself in we can count on the Secret Service to tell the judge that Trump is in their custody and therefore not a flight risk. If a judge did attempt to throw Trump in with the regular arrestee’s there would likely be a serious issue with the Marshals and the Secret Service. I’ll wager the Secret Service has already worked out the details and Trump will not be in danger.

Let’s suppose for a moment that they put Trump in with the regular clientele and he got hurt or killed. Even the Democrats realize this would be a bridge too far. They won’t let it happen. A dead Trump is much harder to counteract than a live one.

Democrats don't make sense most times.

But in this case, this Bragg jerk is making dollars. From Democrat donors and from Soros. Sense isn't a requirement.
