Why doesn’t one of these reporters bring up the fact his office leaked the indictment which is a felony under NY law?
He’s basing this all on nys election law which is archaic and poorly written. It will get thrown out. He just ran away from reporters. laughable. Trump’s lawyers will crush this.

He just wanted to state that, insert that phrase in the narrative. He more clearly states these were falsifying business records. But he threw out lots of BS to make it sound worse, to tar Trump. Trump is not being charged with sex crimes.

So it's politically motivated and simply NOISE. The DA really should be prosecuted for bringing a frivolous case for political purposes.
Bragg used to work for Spitzer. A lot of bad blood between Spitzer and Trump. This is driven entirely by a whole host of people who hate Trump and want to destroy him, his family and this country.

What he’s counting on IMO is what Professor Dershowitz said this morning which is IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A FAIR TRIAL FOR TRUMP IN FRONT OF A MANHATTAN JURY. That implies appeals court could drag this into 2024.
So, the case is designed to run out the clock on President Trump’s campaign

So many questions not asked. DA Bragg, did President Trump write those entries? Did he know about them at the time?
Is it the wording "legal expenses" that is the the problem? What if his accountant wrote "claim settlement"?
