That bloated humanoid tick is too stupid to realize that when this story is written in the history books he will portrayed as the villain.

“These are felony crimes in New York state.”>>>>>>>>>>>>>

BUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

JUST untrue.

The indictment does not disclose or charge any crime. The reason it does not is because there is none.

And Bragg cannot use the Federal Elections Act becaiuse he has no federal jurisdiction to charge . SO he leaves it out?

BUahahahahahahahaha!

An indictment must be specific as required by noth Dur Process and the various Rules concerning Double Jeopardy.

If the trial judge does not dismiss, then an appeal court will.

Bragg wants a trial daye in January of 2024.....right in the middle of the primaries and the campaign.

THat’s the real story about this flea bag, kangaroo court indictment.

Bragg tried for a gag order...using graphics posted by the Trump Team, alleging Trump inciting violence....what a laugh. There was no threat of violence from Trump or his supporters and New York has spent 500 million dollars to “keep New York” safe. Its more false flag posturing.

Bragg s done as a prosecutor. When the appeal courts get done with him, he will be lucking if he is allowed to draft wills in the basement of Perkins Coie.

This is simply the mal-procecution of Trump.I call it “misprison of prosecution” not designed to enforce the law but designed to hamper Trump’s election campaign. THe indictment has no lawful possibility of achieving even one successful guilty result.

What #36 said - 34 references to potentially illegal activity but no absolute statement that a specific law was broken.

The Fox lawyer stated that the absence of a statement naming a specific crime means that the whole crap sandwich will probably be tossed.

When that happens the story will be on section F page 34 of the NYTimes right after the running body count of the Russian nuclear attack on WDC.

the whole crap sandwich will probably be tossed.

I have to believe that after a circuitous route thru the various courts, this entire thing is thrown out.

I thought the indictment had to identify the specifics of the laws that were broken.

"Ah, 34 documents stating or showing payments for 'legal services'”.

Can Fat Alvin say "Statute of Limitations has expired" 34 times?

Most analysts are saying that this is weaker than they could have even imagined and a judge will toss it.

I thought the indictment had to identify the specifics of the laws that were broken.

Andy McCarthy is saying just that, and that the indictment fails.

Yes, there is no crime, nor one being concealed. Thirty-four essentially typos in the company ledger. And 136 years of threatened jail time.

So my writing DA Bragg's name as DA Brag is also a felony?

This Spitzer, for the curious:

Spitzer Used Alias at Hospital Hours After Allegedly Choking Russian Prostitute
New York Post ^ | January 23, 2022 | Jesse O’Neill

Former Gov. Eliot Spitzer used an alias at a Manhattan hospital while checking in on the escort he was accused of choking hours before in February of 2016.

Spitzer, 62, also named dropped then-Police Commissioner Bill Bratton to cops who were investigating the Plaza Hotel incident and claimed that blood found in the hotel room after Svetlana Travis-Zakharova slit her wrist was from her menstrual cycle, according to investigative documents that lawyers for The Post fought to have unsealed.

In the aftermath of the violent encounter, the then 25-year-old woman threatened she would “make it worse than 2008,” for Spitzer, when he resigned as governor after it was revealed he was patronizing another prostitute, according to a lengthy text message exchange between the disgraced Democrat and the purported former $5,000-a-night hooker.
