Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) said Sunday on MSNBC’s “Inside with Jen Psaki” that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas should be investigated by the Department of Justice.
Psaki said, “There were new revelations this week, about Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his financial relationship with a billionaire Harlan Crow. Just this morning there’s even new reporting about some inaccuracies on his financial disclosure forms. Your colleague Sheldon Whitehouse is calling on the Department of Justice to investigate on Clarence Thomas for potential ethic violation. Do you back Senator Whitehouse’s call?”

I have no doubt that EVERY conservative justice is being surveilled by DOJ these days. And if they can’t find a real crime, they’ll slander them with innuendo to see if they can’t get them to step down voluntarily.
It will happen one at a time bit by bit and then one day all at once because we allowed them to get away with it.

he DoJ is part of the Executive Branch. It has no business investigating Supreme Court Justices after their appointment and swearing in. Justices have to be impeached by the House and tried in the Senate. A long-serving SENATOR who does not understand the basics of our Constitutional system has disqualified himself. Resign ye ignorant communist!

Commie Bernie should be one of the first people investigated. The FBI let his wife off with bankrupting Burlington College, which she had been the President of since 2004. In December 2010, under her approval, the school purchased a $10 million piece of lakefront property on the Champlain River, in order to expand the college. The school was already having financial problems at the time of the purchase. 10 months later she resigned from her position. It was also reported that Bernie had improperly pressured People’s United Bank to approve the loan. The expansion never took place, and the school folded. She was investigated for bank fraud by the Feds, but the investigation was eventually closed without charges being filed, and she walked away with a $200,000 severance package.
