This video from a few years ago tells you a lot about college debate today. Keep in mind that the War Powers Act is the subject for this one. Warning for language.

Hilarious...we all know the real reason, they can’t defend it and wouldn’t ever consider an alternate argument from the required narrative. They’ll get destroyed.

LGBTQ = Nazi

You are NOT ALLOWED to speak against the regime.

Impossible. Like saying the set of all sets that are not members of themselves is a member of the set of all sets, or however that goes.

The finals of the National Poetry Contest last year came down to two finalists. One was a San Francisco State University graduate from an upper-crust family; well-bred, well-connected and all that goes with it.

The other finalist was a redneck from Texas A & M. Go figure.

The rules of the contest required each finalist to compose a four-line poem in one minute or less, and the poem had to contain the word “Timbuktu.”

The San Francisco State graduate went first. About thirty seconds after the clock started he jumped up and recited the following poem:

“'Slowly across the desert sand Trekked the dusty caravan. Men on camels, two by two Destination -- Timbuktu.”

The audience went wild! How, they wondered if the redneck could top that?! The clock started again and the redneck sat in silent thought. Finally, in the last few seconds, he jumped and recited:

“Tim and me, a-huntin' went. Met three whores in a pop-up tent. They was three, we was two, So I bucked one and Timbuktu”

Lazy things can’t put out the effort to present a winning argument.

So they never think they can ever judge others on flawed premises. And what if the other side demonstrates these knobs’ views are exclusionary.

Further since when is inclusion a virtue? Since when is inclusion necessary? If this is true why aren’t they embracing those who are different thinking from them on their new favorite moral principle of inclusion?

These noobs would get shredded in an actual debate.

I was in debate in high school. One of the best extra curriculars I joined besides Orchestra and the newspaper, who had an excellent, fantastic, true, solid journalism advisor.

If she (Liz Wheeler) was lying, they could refute the lies. If she was mistaken, they could correct her mistake. Since she is telling the truth, their only option is to silence her.

One of the basic planks of “woke” leftist thinking is that certain beliefs are simply above and beyond criticism or questioning.

They behave like the darkest days of the Inquisition.

Seems like a justified response to their lies and misrepresentations that the perverts should be aware of. Too bad, so sad if it happens to them.

A good solution is for the old Crocodile Dundee grab test to become normal and socially acceptable.

That way you know right up front what you are dealing with so no need for violence, you just go your own ways.

A bit Biden-esque to the actual women.

And not full proof if a man, who will still be male and can never be a woman, has had been butchered.

Also, I want to add that your earlier response to my assertion of trans and their supporters being crazy was with a hypothetical that didn’t really line up because, since men cannot be women even if they are mutilated males, it adds homosexuality to the mix too. In such a case the crazy is not the reason for the response so much as the homosexuality would be.

We live in strange times.

One fellow recently observed that with the rise of self driving cars it is only a matter of time before there’s a country song about a guy’s truck leaving him.

... probably take his bass boat with it too.
