“Donald Trump was being very light. It was very joshing and very funny,” she said. “I was flirting the whole time, probably.”
But, she said, the mood changed rapidly after they stepped into the dressing room.
“He immediately shut the door and shoved me up against the wall. He shoved me so hard my head banged. I was extremely confused,” she said. “I pushed back and he thrust me back against the wall again, banging my head again.”
Carroll told the jury the situation “turned absolutely dark”.
“He leaned down and pulled down my tights,” she said. “I was pushing him back. It was quite clear I didn’t want anything else to happen.”
Carroll described the former president’s attempts to kiss her as “a shocking thing”.
“My whole reason for being alive at that moment was to get out of the room,” she said.
But Carroll said she could not escape Trump’s grip. Speaking quietly and slowly, she said he raped her.
Carroll said she escaped after she was able to lift her knee and push him off. She fled the store.

I read she doesn’t know the year she believes it happened.
I think she wrote a story where she talked about how small Trump’s dick was when she felt it in the dressing room. Who jokes about the moment she was raped?
If Trump is convicted, no male will ever be protected from baseless charges. The door is open for a new form of revenge. Oh, I forget. Could it be this law was passed by the New York legislature with Trump specifically in mind?

I haven’t been following this closely. Some questions for the board:
1. Did Trump’s attorneys take Carroll’s deposition? Assuming that they did, we are going to have to wait for the cross- examination to see the full extent of Carroll’s prevarications.
2. Has Carroll’s counsel asked her to identify the exact date that this happened?
3. Has Carroll’s counsel asked her to identify the exact floor inside Bergdorf Goodman where this took place? If so and she identified the exact floor, did she testify as to the exact dressing room where this took place?
4. Did Carroll testify as to any “distinguishing features” of Trump’s anatomy that she might have seen (a la Paula Jones and Bill Clinton’s Peyronies Disease)?
5. I take it there was no rape test taken at the time (even though DNA evidence was known in the 1990s; remember OJ). If not, was Carroll asked why not? Was she on birth control at the time? Was she promiscuous? Had she had sex before in a public place like a store dressing room? (I realize that these are cross-examination questions, presuming that counsel knows the answers).
If Carroll somehow wins this, Trump is toast for 2024, no matter how much reversible error was committed by the trial judge. Let’s hope that Trump’s counsel tears her to shreds on cross-examination so that the judge has to grant summary judgment for Trump at the conclusion of the plaintiff’s case in chief. If this goes to the jury, Trump loses (no matter how innocent he actually is).

I still don’t believe there wouldn’t be at least one employee in earshot.
And finally, if she was able to get a knee up to escape.

Because Trump probably has all his old business schedules she can not state a date and then be proven a liar and perjurer.
I am confused. Isn’t it part of the “story” that she kept the dress she was wearing? Tights would suggest an elasctic type material and would not normally be worn with a dress.

Merriam-Webster dictionary: misandry is the hatred of, contempt for, or prejudice against men or boys.
I have “paid my dues” in suffering from them.
