What person would have their staff and other coworkers go thru a investigation by .gov and have their phones, private life and work email checked and not standup and say, that person over probably leaked it. That wise latina did it, my staff are fine. He chose not to do any of that.

He just said, by means of a question, that he and those of his colleagues that constituted a deciding majority in Dobbs are not responsible for the leak of the Dobbs draft. He has personally concluded who the leaker is, but being Catholic knows where the line is beyond which he could credibly be accused of calumny or at least detraction for parting with that personal conclusion. What more do you want from him?

Nonsense. You have no idea if the justices were interviewed. That is something that would not be made public.

And you can count on the justices defending their staff.

I worked for a state appellate court for over 30 years, I know how this works. The Supremes are just more so.
