The 42-year-old North Dakota man who admitted to killing 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson by running him over with his SUV because he was “part of a Republican extremist group,” faces a maximum of just ten years in prison.
Shannon Brandt was initially charged with vehicular manslaughter, but prosecutors upgraded the charge to murder in September.

This is why all killings with a vehicle should be in the murder/negligent homicide category, it should not be lesser time if you use a vehicle versus a knife or gun or even bare hands. Idiocy. Especially if its known it was deliberate and not purely accidental.
And like the majority of Nazis war criminals, Democrats will get away with it too.
The depraved will get 7 years of running things in the midst of terrible outpouring of wrath as per Revelation. Then their lot in life only gets worse.

I hate to say what I think should be done to the murderer. So I won’t. But damn it, people will take matters in thier own hands if the law doesn’t protect us. And no, I will never endorse it…ever. Frickin awful place for the country to be in.

Fernando Aguirre (Ferfal) told an interesting story about his home country of Argentina. One time, the government decided to defund the police. Of course, crime shot up, but in short order, Argentinians were shooting and stringing up the criminals.
Things got so bad that the criminals begged the police to come back, which they did, only a couple weeks after the whole sordid experiment started. It seems three hots and a cot in jail were preferable to massive violence being committed against their persons.
So to those who say violence never solved anything: Ptooey!
Exactly. I've come across people who don't believe the Nazis committed genocide/war crimes. My comment to them is, if they committed none of those crimes, why would they have to use the excuse they "were just following orders?"
And yet A judge sentenced Daniel Perry, 36, for fatally shooting Garrett Foster, 28, at a protest in Austin who pointed a rifle at Perry…….

With all the blacks and whites getting short times for murder sure sounds alike a good mix for a race war the democrats have wanted for years and have done their best to keep it goin.

The courts had better start paying attention to this crap...the double standards of law will not survive. Either the courts will do their job and provide justice, or the citizens will stand up and do it.
If I’m that kid’s dad, I’m waiting patiently for the next 6-10 years.
