This case has multiple Constitutional deficiencies. As do many of the J6 cases. I wonder why they haven’t appealed more forcefully.

You may be right. In addition Trump has not been able to get the creme of the crop at the most prestigious law firms to represent him even though he can afford the fees. It seems many of the best constitutional lawyers and litigators fear peer disapproval if they represent Trump. To them social approval is more important than justice.
