Appears that Summit has already paid off the judge - hire your own surveyors to pay a visit to his property.

This is such a scam. CO2 is necessary for plant life, it is not a poison. There are lots of crony capitalists going to get rich off this grift. It will not benefit society.

If you look at the amount of money to be spent and consider that much of it is US tax money in grants, you can see why this is happening.

The opportunity for graft, theft, etc., is just too much.

They entered the house, but finding no one there, they proceeded to an outbuilding where one of them walked in.

That's not setting up tripods to survey. Do that at my house and see what happens!

Bad behavior on the part of “Summit Carbon Solutions”, but my question is why “eminent domain” for a pipeline? Aren’t most pipelines a “right-of-way”/easement issue? i.e the farmer continues to use the land above the pipeline to farm, with the pipeline co. having easement rights for inspections/repairs, etc..

Why should you care? These are areas your food comes from! Are you aware that American farmers are on “Climate Czar” John Kerry’s hit list?

One Of The Biggest Illegal Land Grabs In U.S. History And NO ONE Cares!
Thousands of acres of private property are forcibly, illegally, being surveyed and seized for CO2 pipelines by private companies under eminent domain.

For years, the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and similar provisions in state constitutions greatly restricted this power. - Institute for Justice. org
