Hawk missile systems are no longer in service and are surplus. If the Ukrainians can use them, good. You would have to pay to scrap them anyway - very expensively, it goes without saying. Much cheaper to let the Ukrainians shoot them at the Russians.

As for Patriot - you guys say its worthless, so if you want to be consistent your line should be “good riddance”. Oh wait, maybe you were wrong on that?

First you complain that the US doesn’t have a military-industrial complex anymore, and then you complain that it exists.

You all are confused.

A vast number of people have hated Russia, the polity (not “all things Russia”) for centuries. Russia has been rather consistently a**h**e-ish since forever. The Soviet Union was just a special case.

As for the “neocons” - there were hordes of all other sorts of “cons”, and even monarchists, socialists, rice farmers and winemakers who hated the Soviets.

Another payment on keeping the Bidens out of jail. I wonder how many more will die.

We started this war by putting nato all across the Russian boarders. Something we said we would never do. Then started the conversation with Ukraine. It was unnecessary. Just my opinion. We would not allow Mexico or Canada to turn into a launching ground for American enemies.

Just wait ‘til we get the bill for the “rebuilding.” It’ll be a doozy.

Today, it’s the Neocons in Biden’s administration who are spending American tax dollars for another illegal war, and not the monarchists, socialists, rice farmers and winemakers you mention.

---- "First you complain that the US doesn't have a military-industrial complex anymore, and then you complain that it exists. You all are confused."

It is clear numerically is that the US spends more than the six next largest "defense" budget nations together, so there is indeed a "miltary-industrial complex." Thanks for verifying that in the language you choose.

It is also clear that, even with this massive "military-industrial complex," we lost -- as in losing a war to a third-world nation -- in Afghanistan and left the Taliban with an enormous cache of materiel which was funded by our "military-industrial complex," so apparently we're not as good at actually winning as we are at spending.

Thankfully now the DOD is led by General Ray Theon, so the future looks --- grim. And rainbow colored. And expensive. Hmm. Maybe failing is an applicable adjective too?

$32,000,000,000,000 and growing, with an estimated $170,000,000,000,000 in unfunded liabilities. Yea, for the defense which also plays offense.

Yes, I'd see we all are confused. Aren't you?

Today, quite a lot of other people that are not “neocons” support aid for Ukraine and oppose Russian aggression. Including monarchists, socialists, rice farmers and winemakers.

I detect, in addition, that you may have been on the wrong side in the Cold War. That’s telling.

When Ukraine bought Biden and other DC democrat filth they got their money's worth...

We know that much...

How many DC mansions were paid for with foreign bribes? Ukraine can't be the only country buying our crooks.

And do the FBI and DOJ have enough bimbos and pretentious 'men' to defend all our crooks?

You are confused. You complain that the US lacks weapons, and then you complain that the US builds weapons.

If your point is that the US does this inefficiently, then we have an area of agreement.

If your response is just a mass of generalised resentment of the condition of the US, that’s something else. My view is its the predictable decadence of any successful culture/empire. Check out Spengler. History brings bad news. Good things come to an end. Enjoy the decline.

Zelensky has some serious dirt on the Bidens. And very likely on others.

This is a crookocracy.
