Read the indictment. Yes, Hillary did worse and Joe Biden is probably actively taking bribes from foreign countries (treason). But once in court, McCarthy is right: You cannot argue “But others did it too!”
What Hillary did was criminal and her friends protected her. Had she gone to a court in Oklahoma, she’d have been destroyed.
Trump IS being prosecuted and could face a DC jury. Even in Florida, there is enough evidence to convict - unless they can show the tapes were forged, etc.
Trumps lawyers probably quit because the indictment lays out solid reason for believing Trump lied to them so they would lie to the court. Lots of lawyers don’t like that at all.

Trump’s lawyers had to step down because they were named in the indictment documents — which means they are potential witnesses in the case.

That's the thing - President Trump is completely innocent and The Man is trying to frame him.
We know he declassified all these documents because he told us so. Therefore, either Biden reclassified the declassified documents to entrap him, the Deep State created a Deep Fake AI of President Trump, or he did say those things on tape but only waving around Fake Papers to flush out traitors in his midst. Time will tell.

What Hillary did was criminal and her friends protected her. To include Donald Trump, who, while still "President Elect" and not even sworn in yet, announced to the world he was going back on his campaign promise to pursue Hillary for her mishandling of classified information. It was a terrible mistake, and Trump's enemies aren't being as kind to him.

They quit because of the questioning by Smith makes them witnesses. If they felt Trump had lied, why were they on TV after the indictment supporting Trump.

The lawyers quit because they are named witnesses, meaning conflict of interest. Not that that means anything to you POS anti-Trumpers. They have been persecuting Trump for more then 7 years, and you freaks are cheering them on.

Can they prove that any of the documents are classified? Nobody has any way of knowing what he declassified as POTUS.

Wrong and wrong. The doj does not have the memo that purportedly was shown to the biographer. In other words there is no evidence. There’s no evidence anyway that he did something wrong. Further his attorneys didn’t quit it’s the venue.

Speculation and a good narrative work great.
You should consider who else shares your opinion and then consider that.

You cannot argue “But others did it too!”The Imperial Senate has crossed the Rubicon
With their Brutus McCarthy providing the $$$ in the just passed Debt fiasco, the Imperial Senate has the $$$ to provide their henchmen with enough $$$ to bribe anyone - including the likes of Andy the dog McCarthy.
Will this Republic survive this attack? Time will tell
