The Graf Spee means nothing to Uruguay other than it ran into their port and was scuttled. The new Germans won’t want the eagle and the skin head neo nazis are too few to do anything to get it. Maybe the British Naval museum can arrange a deal for it, its their trophy.
This is Uruguay. They should put it in a Museum. The Nazis didn’t destroy their nation.
