A California woman is suing the hospital that removed her breasts when she was 13, claiming her doctors pushed her into the procedure under the 'erroneous belief' she was transgender.
Kayla Lovdahl, now 18, says she underwent the invasive surgery after being urged to 'entertain' the plans by medical professionals when she was just 11-years-old

These four “doctors” should have their respective sex organs removed
“These four “doctors” should have their respective sex organs removed”
And removal of everything above the C4 vertebrae.
The predators should be in jail.
Through their mouths ...
I’d agree to that.
This lawsuit is just a forerunner of things to come. If the guys face law suits, that might be the least of their worries. Others might tend to be more violent, and some chumps might be fortunate to avoid the lampposts. I don’t advocate that, but It’s coming.
Trans medical surgeries and puberty blocker with hormones malpractice is a crime against humanity. The responsible people should be locked up and institutions fined heavily.
Judging by the reported age of the young woman, and the timeline, this child abuse has been occurring considerably longer than I’ve been aware of it, leading me to believe that it was deliberately kept secret by the Child Abusers and their collaborators.

That’s why the vast majority of lawyers are strongly pro LGBTQIA123ABC etc. They see the pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow.
Decades ago I recall reading what these trans types had to go through before anybody started slicing and dicing. Guess the rules have changed.
Maybe if kids were kept away from social media until they're mid- to late-teens, they wouldn't even know about this nonsense.

Can there be any greater social media harm than "influencers" telling kids to chop off their sexual organs?
The doctors, the entire trans establishment, and the social media companies should all be sued to oblivion.
It’s astonishing how fast this paradigm has taken over the courts and the regulatory structures that govern medical and nursing practice.
I mean, this could have gone the other way, even a few years ago. A surgeon who severed your spinal cord because you imagined you were paralyzed could still be disciplined - I think.
But this poor girl is not only going to have her suit dismissed, she’s going to be subjected to unremitting harassment and if she is interested in a career that involves advanced education (medical school, law school, etc) she can forget it.
She will be treated like someone who denied the divinity of Jesus Christ in Middle Ages Europe.
And the worst part is I don’t see a way back.
You don't understand what has happened.
No suit of that nature would be heard in any court in the United States at this point.
She was legally capable of consent apparently.
The doctors and the hospital did as she requested.
Case closed.
Can’t find a fundraising site for her. Anybody finds one let me know.
...with a dull blade.
LOL ;-)
The Bastages ought to be sued to oblivion and have their licenses revoked.
There is only one bona-fide medical reason to use puberty blockers; when a young girl is experiencing premature menarche or a young boy is experiencing premature bone maturation. This is typically the result of an endocrine disorder (hyperandrogenism).
There are long term consequences to taking them. We should not be dispensing them like candy.
Testosterone has beneficial results in *reducing* gender dysphoria in young boys afflicted with Klinefelters Syndrome (XXY chromosomes). We do not see a statistically significant number of young women with Turner’s Syndrome (Only 1 X chromosome or X/damage or partial second X chromosome) experiencing gender dysphoria.
Hormones are also used to treat kids with other rare, bona-fide intersexed conditions to ensure they grow up according to their genetic sex.
In all of these cases, the treatments are used as a curative not a transformative.
Again, these have lasting consequences. We should not be dispensing them like candy.
Professionals can no longer be trusted.
