Now the dust has settled, it’s clear that Fox News was far more important to Carlson than he was to Fox News — a result that might surprise the Tucker Stans, who insisted his departure was Fox’s death knell.

Fox is dying.
The market is screaming for a network which caters to the normal majority.

OK. Well I watch Tucker on Twitter, every post so far. I watch Zero on any Fox channel. What does that ratio work out to?

Huh? Tucker's Twitter vids are averaging about 40 million views each. Meanwhile, his audience on Farce News was ca. 3 million per night.
Tucker didn't need a gate-keeper like Fox.

"The market is screaming for a network which caters to the normal majority."
The market can scream all they want. I haven't watched Fox News or any news programming on any platform since 2008, not talk radio, not even Trump's rallies or his interviews. I get along perfectly fine without them, and have for a very long time. I could never see myself going back to watching that bunk.

I’m sure Tucker’s contractual inability to work anywhere else had NOTHING to do with it.

The problem is there isn't any network which caters to the normal majority.
Fox was the closest there was, before Tucker was taken off and Bongino left.
Anyone who creates such a network will win huge market share, if the Deep State doesn't quash them first.

Mediaite is still around? Mediate desperately needs Tucker more than Tucker needs to even be cognizant of their existence.

In 1973, after eighteen months at WIXZ, Limbaugh was fired from the station due to "personality conflict" with the program director. He then started a nighttime position at KQV in Pittsburgh, succeeding Jim Quinn.[25] In late 1974, Limbaugh was dismissed after new management put pressure on the program director to fire him. Limbaugh recalled the general manager telling him that he would never land success as an air personality and suggested a career in radio sales.[26] Yep, Tucker will never make it on twitter...../s

Just wondering, if you don’t watch any TV news, do not listen to radio news, nor talk radio, don’t watch a Trump rally or any other such political events, where do you get information about what is happening in the world? Only Free Republic and online info? Just curious.

What a joke. Tucker is getting 10 million views. Just like Joe Rogan Experience and PBD Podcast.
What we are witnessing first hand is the end of the MSN and cable news. Xfinity/Comcast sees the future. That is why they are starting a Streaming Service. No one under 30 has cable TV. Even old timers like me dropped it over a year ago.
ABC/CBS/NBC/CNN are all dinosaurs. Their time along with the NY Times and all print media is OVER.
Tucker sees and is going to be part of the future of media.
Twitter is going to be part of that future. That is why Musk bought it.

Tucker is the type to own real estate and have his finances in order. I’ll bet he needs no job for a substatial lifestyle
Fox is the one rearranging deck chairs.
