I don’t know about that. I have been denied a position in order for a black to fill it. I am not aware of any black who has been denied a position in order for a white to fill it. It appears to me there is plenty of access for “African-Americans”.

The single biggest mistake I ever made in my business career was retaining a DEI consultant at the urging of my VP.
I ran what I felt was one of the more employee centered companies around and the DEI moron almost destroyed our “we are one big family” culture by seeding resentments that took me a long time to repair.
DEI sucks and it’s really corporate suicide.

Hey Vic, here's an idea. Start your own film production company. The you can hire all the blacks you want for crews and casts, and film all the black stories you want. Get Oprah to fund you.

Has this mental midget (Vic Bulluck) watched any TV in the last few years? Prolly not because if they had they would have noticed that most commercials and many shows are completely staffed with clients from the N-B-N* Casting Agency.
In reality the only thing that offends most folks are the ridiculous racial mixes in ‘blended family’ situations ie black g-mother, White married couple, mulatto child. It is totally nutz.
