I drove in Fargo a couple years ago from MN. I was astounded at how many Somalis I saw in Moorehead, MN, which is right across from Fargo.
I saw a lot of what appear to be public housing tenements there too. It reminded me of pictures I saw of the old Soviet Union.

Fargo Police Chief David Zibolski said it was a “routine traffic accident,” ...
Zibolski said that Barakat attacked the officers “for no known reason,” and authorities have as yet offered no hints as to the shooter’s motive.
One witness said Barakat “appeared to have ambushed the officers,” that, “He was holding up the trunk of the car with his arm, and then I see the gun come up, and he set it on his shoulder and just pointed it directly at an officer in front of him. It was like 10 shots right away.”
Zibolski, however, declined to confirm that, saying only, “The investigation into that is still ongoing.” He did reveal that Fargo police had previously dealt with Barakat, but downplayed these encounters as “not anything significant.”
This Zibolski idiot is gonna get more Officers killed, and probably more than just a few other innocent people.
