I never heard Tucker state definitively that Epps was a government agent or informant. I heard him question why Epps wasn’t treated like others and speculate whether it was because he was a government agent.
Even the nuts on the J6 inquisition were defending Epps so you know he’s an insider working for the deep state.

I’d mentioned this before. The allegation that you are a federal agent is unlikely to be found to be defamatory.
That he incited some of the J6 action might be defamatory IF it were untrue.
