Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) has been contacted by the federal special counsel investigating former President Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election, Kemp’s office confirmed Friday.
Former Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) was also contacted for the investigation, according to CNN reports.
Special Counsel Jack Smith is investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the election and his actions related to the Jan. 6 insurrection. He served Trump a target letter on Sunday, informing the former president that he is the target of the probe.

Kemp, is NOT crazy enough to threaten his own base which has a majority of Trump supporters who still voted for him, and who are positioning to move Kemp aside. In essence, Jack Smith is working the back trail of the now removed engineer of the steal... Marc Elias formerly of Perkins/Coie the dnc paymaster for hitlery’s/GPS Fusion Russia Hoax. Marc Elias asked to leave the firm for his meddling in all of the 6 states of Electoral fraud— all his very active doing. Smith is working with this guy- and someone should find it out and publicize it. Thus a “special counsel” has to be removed. Removed.
What basis would there be for such indictments?
