Wow...if that’s the subjective bar this guy has for something being free speech vs. criminal then this is terrifying.
An unproven opinion is now “fraudulent conspiracy” which is criminal? How could PDJT ‘know’ that there was no fraud? It’s not possible to, especially at that time. It WAS highly irregular in many respects.
To contort legal thinking to justify criminal charges is not only extreme, it’s being intellectually dishonest with themselves first. They don’t even see the bias and how dangerous it is. To not acknowledge it is CLEARLY election interference, purely a political prosecution to eliminate your opponent for the highest position on the globe, is cognitive dissonance at best. Evil and corrupt is the reality.
Traitors must swing.
Maybe Barr can get in the DC jury pool. Smith is looking for some gullible or TDS jurors.
