Fulton County Prosecutors Have Messages Connecting Trump’s Legal Team to ‘Voting System Breach’ in Coffee County… For Examing Voting Machines

Fulton County prosecutors will present text messages and emails to the grand jury connecting Trump’s lawyers to a ‘voting system breach’ in Coffee County, according to a leak to CNN.

Georgia prosecutors are preparing sprawling racketeering charges against Trump over his effort to challenge the 2020 election in Georgia.

Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call.

..... Snip.....

Recall, The Guardian recently reported Fani Willis will pursue the indictment on statutes related to “influencing witnesses and computer trespass.”

The exact evidence is unclear, however, the computer trespass charge is related to efforts to access and examine the Dominion Voting Systems machines in Coffee County.

The ‘influencing witness’ charge may be related to Trump’s phone call with Brad Raffensperger.

Since Coffee County is outside of Fani Willis’s jurisdiction, the racketeering statute allows her to cast a wider net.

So now examining the voting machines is a crime.

According to CNN, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Coffee County elections official Misty Hampton, former NYPD Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik, attorney Katherine Friess and other employees from Sullivan Strickler, a law firm hired by Trump to examine the voting machines, are all targets of prosecutors.

Freiss reportedly sent a “Letter of invitation to Coffee County, Georgia” to Bernie Kerik and others to examine the voting machines.

Coffee County elections official Misty Hampton is now a target because she warned the voting machines could be “very easily” manipulated to flip votes.

Fani Willis is going to charge Trump along with MULTIPLE defendants with her indictments this week.

Willis will seek more than a dozen indictments against Trump and people in his orbit.

“ you can’t allow anyone to examine the inner workings of the actual voting machines without a court order.”

You think the process of counting votes should be secret and kept from the people?

We’re allowed to vote but not know how votes are counted or see records of the vote?

I have a photo I took of my tv on voting night that shows Georgia at 12:40 am. 99% of the votes are cast. They still have not called Georgia for a winner. Trump is leading Biden 51% to 48% , by 118,000 votes. Then they shut it down.

Thank goodness TRUMP is easy to spell.

Ballots usually have a 'write in' block.

that’s why we have poll watchers and people from both parties observing the counting, at least we are supposed to have that.

You simply can’t allow anyone without a court order, especially lawyers and other people from one candidate examining the machines themselves, flip the scenario around and I guarantee you, FR would be filled up with complaints about allowing democrats to examine the machines immediately after the election when the outcome could still be undecided.

Well, poll watchers on the R side were kicked out and not allowed to witness counting and other activities.

“This is unprecedented in history. It going to take a miracle for Trump to escape getting found not-guilty in all he’s being charged with. If found guilty what should the response from the public be?”

I really don’t think that the Dims have thought that through.

Hate to break it to you, but there are no rules now. Whether Trump, et al, did anything wrong here doesn’t matter. They could have done everything right abd would still be charged. Rhe Dems, we know, did things wrong and will never be held responsible. Game over or Game on. That’s where we are.

And what exactly is wrong with examining the voting machines to insure they are counting accurately? If the ballots are hand counted we insure that the counter can count, don’t we?

Then that’s the legal case that could be fought, not this case immediately after the election.

Imagine if the situation was reversed and Democrats did the exact same thing, everyone on FR would be screaming about it and rightfully so.

The closest thing to this was how the Gore Campaign was acting in 2000 over “hanging chads”, Republicans fought it tooth and nail and were correct to do so.

Just imagine how much different things would be right now if Trump followed what Al Gore did in 2000, once his appeals were exhausted, Gore conceded and moved on.

If Trump would have done the same thing, 1/6 would not have happened, a good number of Trump supporters would not be in jail right now, many others have had their life ruined.

This case would not be happening and maybe some of the other cases.

Assuming Trump is the nominee, the entire election will be about these cases and the actions of Trump after the 2020 election and not the disaster that Biden has been.

It would improve Republicans chance of winning if we were talking about the war in Ukraine, inflation, high gas prices, etc., instead of stolen elections.

You simply can’t allow anyone without a court order,...

A simple law would do the trick.

It's an inalienable right. And you can't have a constitutional right to a republican form of government without reasonable access and auditing to all interested parties.

Without reasonable access for audits, our elections are a steaming pile.

Fair election being the center of attention for an election? How terrible.

You have a huge blind spot.

BTW, most folks can talk, chew gum and cover numerous issues all at the same time.

Trump was given permission after the election to examine the machines.

Trump absolutely 100% did NOT do anything wrong here, if anyone did something wrong it was the election administrator who gave Trump permission who “MAY” not have been authorized to do so.

Not sure how text messages and emails could possibly prove someone hacked into a voting machine.

Those communications would likely show an interest in examining voting machine data which is expected by someone trying to prove voter fraud. They will then say Trump had a motive but having a motive is not enough.

Thus it doesn’t sound like they have any real evidence of a crime.

Yeah, the DNC did a deal with the GA GOP. I bet they could have put Abrams in power, but used her as a gambit.

"Fulton County Prosecutors Have Messages Connecting Trump’s Legal Team to ‘Voting System Breach’ in Coffee County… For Examing Voting Machines"

Regarding so-called state sovereignty that state and federal governments, especially the corrupt media, have been using as an excuse to cover up massive voting fraud in 2020 imo, please consider the following constitutionally enumerated exceptions to state sovereignty concerning voting fraud that continues to be blatantly ignored at the highest levels of government imo.

From related thread...

If Pence and the J6 Congress had upheld their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution by voting to investigate allegations concerning possible violations of the 12th Amendment (electoral vote rules) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, then we might have heard even more than we've now found out alleged Georgia voting-related scandal.

Regarding the Section 2 penalty, consider the "hair trigger," zero tolerance wording of that clause that screams for the feds to investigate allegations of vote-counting fraud.

Consider that ballot box tampering effectively weakens the constitutionally enumerated voting power of qualified citizen voters imo.

In fact, if this were a better world, the federal government should be warning the states before every election that the feds will be darkening their doorway to investigate complaints about vote-counting problems.

Patriots need to get ready ASAP to support hopeful Trump 47 by primarying ALL state and federal, lawmakers and executives, except for MTG and Gaetz, for the 2024 primaries.

After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

Exclusive: Marjorie Taylor Greene ‘Dumbfounded’ GOP Colleagues Will Not Call for Biden’s Impeachment! (6.10.23)

In fact, consider that, since one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the big, bad federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo), the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of Trump-supporting freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.

Trump can endorse candidates from lists that patriots who respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers provide for him, as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.

Patriots, let's not allow ourselves to be fooled for third time in 2024 by the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments.
