Choices take time, but so did becoming morbidly obese.
I admit I wouldn’t know how to help someone who is extremely obese or has certain medical issues.
I’ve trained guys and got them in much better shape.
Numerous small changes over time add up.
Training and discipline over time become habit.
I agree that there is substitution for lifestyle changes, for those consistent small changes. However, I dont have a problem with speeding the process up with a drug, as long as it is intermittant. Drop 10lbs, stay off for a couple of months while you make those requisite changes. Then another 10lbs. Until you get to a manageable weight.

It’s easy to suggest, but in practice it’s laughable for the majority and the businesses behind consumer marketing - from foods to services to pharmacology, including the regulators - all know it.
