I think there are many more quotes from Hitler and other Nazi's saying Christianity is a problem than there are ones saying they support Christianity. Given that Hitler was a politician we have to account for some of his words being shallow attempts to placate many groups with feigned support, including Christians. So on a topic like this on how Christian or non-Christian Hitler was, I'll lean towards the more numerous anti-Christian words, particularly since they were directed not toward the masses (lying politician) but to his leaders (motivating them with his probably more genuine ideology).

The Nazis even created a "bible" with no Old Testament and changing the words of the NT to make Jesus out to be, not the Son of God, but a cool teacher of Aryan descent who went around killing Jews.
