No surprise; after having lived in Minneapolis for 6 months, I couldn’t wait to leave there. Horrible experience of living in a weird place......rude and crude.....
I haven’t lived there but worked for a company that was formerly HQed there and had a large presence so I was there a lot. There are some beautiful parks, buildings, etc but the people always struck me as being just awful. Outside the Cities, yeah, you could find “Minnesota Nice” everywhere, but Minneapolis was turning in to a shithole 15 years ago and no doubt the transition is complete by now. I have zero interest in every going there again.
