After listening to his radio program with the cookie boy (the one who assumed the authority, or was ordered to disinvite Trump to the GA R's debate) I recall thinking that it was likely he was into it up to his elbows.
Later, I learned that he signed off on the Stacy Abrams/Marc Elias consent agreement that altered GA's election registration laws and wondered if he had the authority to modify state statutes.
Is there any credible evidence Raffensberger knew or had reason to know of the local election corruption as of the Jan 6 tel call with Trump?
Raffensperger did not have authority to change GA election laws like he did in March 2020 with the settlement agreement with Elias and others. That should have gone through GA legislature. That was the basis of Wood’s lawsuit here which did make it to SCOTUS but was never heard based on merits. As with most of the cases, it was dismissed for standing, etc.
As to your other post, yes Raffensperger knew. I know many who had issues during the election where votes did not show up and his office refused to respond. And many who showed up and told they had already voted. Then there was the evidence presented by several parties in the GA senate hearing.
Someone from Tea Party Patriots had one election official recorded as admitting that their recounts did not match the “official” record but they were told to go with the official count and ignore the discrepancy
