Considering that the US imports no (net) oil these days, being a net exporter since 2019 ...
It’s perfectly possible to replace “60% of oil imports” by doing absolutely nothing. It’s a disingenuous statement, that depends on those hearing it being entirely unfamiliar with the situation.

Reducing oil imports via reopening domestic production will, indeed, make us more secure. The Regime, however is pushing for less security and for tripling the price of electricity and fuel by converting to solar cells and windmills and depending on China for necessary materials for all this green energy.
