Gov. Kathy Hochul is heading to the White House on Wednesday, but not to meet with President Biden about New York’s worsening migrant crisis.
Instead, the Empire State leader is being shunted to the president’s chief of staff, Jeff Zients, for a closed-door meeting at 4:30 p.m. — nearly three hours after Biden’s last scheduled event.
Answers to questions about what was on the agenda for the meeting for not immediately be obtained.
The DC trip comes a week after Hochul began the blame game over the migrant crisis in New York, saying in an address that the White House should take ownership of the influx of asylum seekers.
“The reality is we’ve managed thus far without substantive support from Washington,” the governor said in an address from Albany last week.

Honestly, does anyone go to the Whitehouse to speak to Biden? The guy is seriously, mentally diminished - can’t imagine he accepts many face to face meetings if any at all...
NY’s budget is about to blow up in Deep State’s face.
Deep State can’t have that before the election.
Hochul is being given her marching orders...
And possibly some taxpayer money.

Wonder how much exposure NYS’s public pension funds have to what’s going on in China...
