CNN — As families prepare to gather for Labor Day and children head back to schools, coronavirus cases are once again on the rise.
Covid-19 hospital admissions are up more than 18% in the most recent week, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Some experts are encouraging a return to masking, especially for older adults and individuals most vulnerable to severe disease.
With concerns that Covid-19 could spread as people gather, this has led to many questions about disease prevention: What virus prevention measures should those planning Labor Day events consider? As kids return to the classroom, should they mask? And how should families prepare for the possible confluence of the coronavirus, flu and respiratory syncytial virus (better known as RSV) that may occur this fall?
To guide us through these questions, I spoke with our CNN Wellness medical expert, Dr. Leana Wen. Wen is an emergency physician and professor of health policy and management at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. She previously served as Baltimore’s health commissioner.

Avoid doctors and morons pushing Covid
N95 is only recommended mask by government. It also causes CA and seizures according to government.
My GF whackjob sister is planning on wearing one this winter.
Shelter in place... this variant virus is so dangerous that you need to be tested in order to find out that you have it!
How about this—if you are sick, stay home. Everybody else, eat well, drink water, wash your hands, shower daily, take a multivitamin daily, go to work, go to worship.
“What precautions should people take for Labor Day and back-to-school? A doctor explains”
Always wear a condom?
Wear a helmet. Wear a life jacket. Stay away from urban areas.
I would prepare by removal of network and cable news.
Then I would have a nice day.
Home schooling does take some preparation.
But stock up on medication for scabies, lice and bed bugs.
Also, plan on your kids being exposed to all kinds of formerly eradicated diseases - it isn’t unusual to see Hispanic kids at the airport with unbroken chicken pox bumps.
MASKS DON’T WORK!!!!! VACCINES DON’T WORK!!!! My goodness, that IS the science.

If affordable, put kids in private school....all of these illegals will be carrying many diseases that they have an immunity but natives have no immunitys.
PLEASE see what these people are doing again. Fear Porn on Steroids.
READ THIS - “possible CONFLUENCE of the coronavirus, flu and respiratory syncytial virus (better known as RSV)”
THEY have to combine THREE diseases to “Juice their numbers.” Funny how Flu disappeared during Covid. Now Flu is making a comeback. RSV popped up during Covid as something that “looks” like Covid. Funny timing.
PLEASE don’t fall for this INTENTIONAL SCAM again. Everything will be counted/assumed as Covid. NOTICE how they say hospitalizations are up. NOTICE how they don’t say specifically what is causing that.
Assumption is Covid. Please think and exercise your critical thinking skills.
Good Luck !!!
Well, this is a hot topic. And it’s never really resolved.
But here goes - this is one man’s opinion.
You ALWAYS pick the firearm that you can handle. It’s better to hit the bad guy with a .22 than miss with a .357.
Then comes practice. You should go out to the range frequently. A firearm is like a musical instrument - you get better with it only with practice.
Some additional training with experts is also a plus. They can advise you on things you’ve never considered.
Finally, always practice situational awareness, even if you can’t carry your sidearm (ie you’re going to a bar).
If you follow these steps, you’ll have a jolly good Labor Day and back-to-school.
The endless “sky is falling” narrative continues because it works on so many useful idiots.
