‘Latinx’: Why do many Hispanics hate the term?

Because it's something invented by white liberals and has nothing to do with Latinos, their culture or their language.

It’s even more complex than that. Everyone on Earth sees their existence and identity largely through their native language.

‘Latinx’ is a completely made-up word, forced upon Spanish speakers in an attempt to divorce them from what and who they are and their root values.

It’s disrespectful and insulting - and it’s being done by the very people who claim to be the arbiters of tolerance and ‘inclusiveness’.
