Macgregor has some motivation for what he does. Why else would he be pushing out content aligned with Russian MOD positions?
Regardless of Macgregor's motivations his history of predictions for the war in Ukraine is so bad that whatever he says is no more useful than using a Ouiji board or throwing dice.

MacGregor doesn’t have any better so sources than I do, and given the training and conditions, the fighting in Ukraine is scarcely comparable to any with which he has any actual experience.

That’s for sure. Only question I would have for him is when have we really had a good relationship with Russia. They are responsible for the deaths of Americans going back to Korea or before.
Along those lines, wouldn't the USA be responsible for Russian military deaths in Afghanistan?

Uh, no. Wrong. The Ukrainian Ground Forces had approximately 200K active duty personnel prior to Russia’s invasion. However, soon after hostilities began, Ukraine began a massive round-up of all males of fighting age and is still literally dragging them off the streets to force them into fighting. Ukraine has “drafted” well over 1 million men into their military and is now imploring nations like Poland to repatriate and deport all fighting age males back to Ukraine to bolster their ranks. Well over 10 million Ukrainians have fled their nation to avoid being thrown into the meat grinder but their government is chasing them down and sending them to die for a failed cause.
I actually believe Col. MacGregor is being conservative in his estimate of Ukrainian casualties. But people like you have no skin in the game and risk nothing by cheerleading a war being waged in a far away land. You appear to be caught up in a psychosis of hatred for a former cold-war enemy and an endless lust for drama, death and destruction to keep you entertained and connected to a long gone stalemate between nuclear powers.
That is not healthy. That is not good. Rather, it is sick, twisted, unproductive and an abomination to both God and man.
I humbly suggest you take a break and re-examine your enthusiasm for death, destruction and chaos, as well as your blind criticism and insults to fellow Freepers that disagree with you.

The problem with the failed deckararitgat Ukraine has lost the war is that the diagnoses is it the condition of the corpse but that the analysts haven’t adequately taken into account the ability of the Deep State Neocons to animate said corpse with BILLIONS of dollars of unwarranted aid. Think about it. How does one accurately declare a person dead when it’s being continuously maintained on costly life-support. No womder so any have been wrong, including MacGregor. No person with a ounce of humanity could conceive that we really would use our proxy to the actual last Ukrainian. It’s SICKENING.

Even when we were WW2 “allies” with Stalin, feeding his army, supplying him trucks and fighter planes, and supplying his industry with aluminum and alloy steels, he imprisoned our fliers who were forced down on his territory and broke all his promises made at Tehran and Yalta.
There has never been a time when we had a “good” relationship with Moscow. Their “model” for foreign relations was set by the Mongols who controlled the region 600 years ago.
