Warren: NM Gov. Has a Hard Job Because ‘Extremist’ SCOTUS Won’t Let Us Pass ‘Good’ Policy Like Total Carry Ban
Breitbart ^ | 09/12/2023 | IAN HANCHETT

Posted on 09/13/2023 4:48:26 AM PDT by ChicagoConservative27

On Tuesday’s broadcast of “CNN Primetime,” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) refused to say whether or not New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) can use a public health emergency declaration to unilaterally change the state’s gun laws, but said “mayors and our governors have the hardest job in the world right now when it comes to gun violence” because “an extremist United States Supreme Court” has prevented them from enacting good policies like completely banning carrying guns.

Host Abby Phillip asked, “New Mexico’s Governor, Michelle Lujan Grisham, a Democrat, she’s issued this temporary order that bans both open and concealed carry of firearms in Albuquerque and in the surrounding county. Do you believe that that is the right move? Do you think it’s even legal?”

Well, she can do her part by giving up her armed security detail, along with other anti gun wealthy Democrats.

democrats want us disarmed so they easily put us on trains for liquidation.

Everyone needs to stop trying to rationalize that exterminations could not happen in present day.

Does DC still have Black Lives Matter emblazoned on their street? Blacks have been given a get out of jail free card. Gun laws have nothing to do with it and Little White Dove Warren knows it.

“...mayors and our governors have the hardest job in the world right now when it comes to gun violence”.

Fake Indian, woman libber has spoken. All through the ERA of the 1960s and 70s, the cliche was that a [libber] woman can do any job that any man can do, and better. Beyond irony that this fake Indian whines about “hardest job in the world”. Whether male or female, they ran for the office, stop your whining and complaining, we don’t want to hear about you having the “toughest job”. Resign since you don’t appear to be up to it, nor up to abiding by your oath to protect and defend the Constitution.

"Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) refused to say whether or not New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) can use a public health emergency declaration to unilaterally change the state’s gun laws"

That typically means Warren approves of the action, and believes it should be SOP, but won't be received well politically.

Those extremists on the SCOTUS and their extremist constitution. Don’t they see that communism and total federal power is the way forward? This is the moderate view. Anything else is extreme.

Now we now Lujan did it on orders from the DNC.

This is part of a coordinated national campaign.

Liberal mayors, governors and prosecutors have caused this problem. There are well-known solutions to this that don’t involve stripping law-abiding citizens of their rights. Because of ideological reasons they refuse to enact them.

The question: who are the coordinators? Because they're probably the same bunch involved with the Trump lawfare.

For example: Gingrich's comments about the DC phone call to Willis--start naming names. Who called?

Warren know that gun ownership is the single most important issue preventing Marxist Dems from taking total control of the American People.

She is breaking the law, clearly. The Constitution declares our rights and is the contract that empowers their authority, breaking the contract removes her authority. Who should be pressing charges? These tyrants don’t seem to understand the Constitution is law and they’re breaking it, which is a ‘high crime’.
