Sounds like Midnight Oil should do a new song....
How can we dance when our earth is turning?
How do we drive while our cars are burning?
Midnight Oil? OIL????
They’ll have to change their name to Midnight Solar!
Solar for the power and the passion...

Our governments want us
No thanks? Why? Folks act like a car catching fire is some form of new news? I remember the Ford Pinto death trap during the 80s when Pintos were catching fire left and right. Just two days ago in Columbus Ohio a car accident happened, a car caught fire killing two and injuring one. Cars catch fire, it doesn’t matter if it’s gasoline or battery. If a car comes in direct contact with any car’s primary fuel source…boom!
This isn’t news
Yep this isn’t news. Yes when EVs catch on fire it is hard to put out. Yet gas cars catch on fire roughly 6 times as often!

Just spent the night in Nashville for a Wayne Newton concert. There and back noticed several Teslas on the interstate. I wondered about the range time each one had.
I was just talking with a friend that said he bought a Tesla “long distance” sedan. He has a cabin that is 250 miles away. He goes 150 miles and stops at a place that has a rapid charger and it takes about 15 minutes to get him enough juice to go the last 100 miles.
He said it has 20,000 miles on it now, at a cost of about 3 cents a mile. Seems pretty good for him so far. Time will tell when it comes to tires and battery longevity.
Rolling blowtorch.
Glad to see some of us aren’t impressed about a car fire lol

Imagine what a car crash will do.
