EXCLUSIVE: Married South Dakota governor Kristi Noem and Trump advisor Corey Lewandowski have been having a years-long clandestine affair
Daily Mail ^ | 9/15/2023 | Ken Silverstein For Dailymail.Com and Laura Collins, Chief Investigative Reporter, In Rapid City, SD

Posted on 09/15/2023 7:15:02 AM PDT by Alter Kaker

DailyMail.com uncovered evidence of Lewandowski and Noem's fling: Dozens of trips that mixed business with pleasure, private flights and luxury resort stays

The pair met up Friday for a Trump campaign rally in Rapid City, South Dakota, but were careful to have no public interaction – despite being close for years

The two were first suspected of being romantically involved in 2021, but Noem scornfully dismissed the story as 'total garbage and a disgusting lie' at the time

A rising Republican star tipped by many to be Donald Trump's running mate should he win the presidential nomination has been involved in a clandestine affair for years, multiple sources tell DailyMail.com.

Married South Dakota governor Kristi Noem, 51 – who stresses her belief in 'family values' – and Trump advisor Corey Lewandowski, who is also married, began carrying on in 2019, if not before.

Now news of the relationship threatens to wreck Noem's chances of joining Trump's ticket in a potential rematch with President Joe Biden.

Neither denied the affair when asked by DailyMail.com. The Governor issued a statement attacking us for the timing of the article, while Lewandowski did not respond to a request for comment.

‘He may not be very smart, but it takes big balls to lobby to have your mistress named one of the most powerful people in the country,' one GOP operative told DailyMail.com.

The far-right website American Greatness claimed in 2021 the two had been romantically involved, although it gave no details.

I sure as Hell don’t mean to suggest it’s true. But I was responding to someone who said, “Good for them!”

"Trump never ceases to disappoint in his personnel selections."

One of the primary players in getting President Trump elected in 2016? Long before Lewandowski started this affair with Noem?

But I'm sure that election disappointed you terribly. Have another drink.

And how do you think we go to where we are? So you "agree" adultery is good..."

You really went off the deep end in your reaction to my quite simple comment. I agreed that everyone deserves some happiness. Don't you? And it is absolutely true that an affair between two normal people seems very tame by comparison to what our society tolerates these days. From that you conclude that I think adultery is good and should be normal because of bad perversions "I don't like."

Do you mean I should like the sexualization of children, or mutilating mostly kids and young people to serve demands by transsexuals, or adult men pretending to be women so they can compete in women's sports, and so on? Do you like such perversions?

As to how we got where we are, there are many contributors to this, but the #1 reason is that the American people simply didn't push back as hedonism replaced morality in our society.

"I’m getting a kick out of today’s Republican Moral Squad. nearly 300 posts on this thread, with only a handful on the thread about the NM governor suspending our 2nd amendment. Is it any wonder why we are in trouble?"

Hey, you're the one admitting you can't do two things at once, Freeptard. The rest of us can handle posting here, and also punch down on Gov. Loser Grapenuttes...

My point was that even if it’s true, we don’t seem to have heard of any separations or divorces; so maybe everyone has their own reasons to be ok with it.

Maybe you should learn how to punch. I don't see any victories.

Depends on the spouses. If they are okay with it, and if actually makes their marriage work better, who has the authority to castigate them? Keep in mind these are all adults in their 50’s, not young couples in 20’s or even 30’s raising young kids.

If all 4 adults are happier because of the “consensual adultery”, who appointed anyone the moral police? Life is too short and full of ups and downs, to not seek maximum happiness.

First off. She would have to prove it isn't true, that they knowingly knew it wasn't true, and that they printed it anyway.

First off, that is absolutely not the test under English law so I'm not sure why I should read past this sentence. England has different laws than the United States. This is particularly true on defamation. Why do people who are ignorant of a topic insist on opining on it?

That is quite disgusting and completely morally depraved, to put it mildly.

Sick and disgusting.

I think Corey Lewandowski’s wife was the widow of someone killed on 9/11. That is, if he didn’t divorce her and marry someone else.

Yes. Accepting some perversions lead to others. So yes, if you have been tolerant and accepting of those perversions, you were are part of getting us to the latter things you discuss becoming more acceptable.

“She has been such a disappointment—across the board”

I’m not sure about there being an affair, so I wouldn’t figure that into any criticism of her.

But to the dismay of many FReepers there have been several instances of her talking strong about an issue and then backing down when it came time to sign the bill. To claim to be so pro-family she’s pretty wishy washy on it. She seems to be owned by the SD Chamber of Commerce.

She wasn’t exactly a stalwart conservative when she served in Congress either.

I can easily see her as Trump’s VP. She looks good, can speak in complete sentences and she’s managable as the CoC can attest.

I had noticed that Kristi has grown her hair out well beyond the acceptable corporate look. I am very happy to see it. Now I get it.

It was extremely common in the past, especially among high profile couples. It wasn’t exactly approved, and was certainly gossiped about; but most didn’t find it depraved, sick or disgusting.

Do you live in Britain? I don't but, I seriously doubt that it is as easy as you claim. Prove your claim smart guy, and provide your solicitor credentials.

As far as I have observed you are nothing but an idiot.
