This is Easy, Let them build and finish plant, then BAN the use of Coal Produced Electricity. They will abandon the plant then you SEIZE it and sell it for scrap and keep the money.

Government imposed solutions always fail and most often turn out to be unmitigated disasters.
Capitaiism and free markets work except when governments try to use them as tools to advance political agendas.
Our Feral Government has been working hard for over 100 years to manipulate the American economy to push their Socialist/Globalist agenda.
So far the government’s major accomplishments have been to destroy the value of the dollar, hand our wealth and industrial might to foreigners and bankrupt the country.
In doing so they killed individualism and the work ethic and have done their best to push Americans into hate mongering identity groups.
About the only thing the government did fairly well in the past was building the American Military.
Now with their “Woke” agenda and tyrannical power grab they are doing their best to destroy the military and turn it into a tool to push their DEI and sexual deviancy agendas.
Yet, in spite of that dismal record, they seem surprised when they see that normal Americans hate their guts!
So they call us terrorists and find different ways to kill us.
