Apparently, racism is good if it's perpetrated against white people.

There has also been a massive uptick in the number of blacks featured in commercials. About 13% of the population nationally, 10% in our area...and they are either exclusively, or the main actors in at least 70% of the commercials.

This type of "reverse" discrimination isn't doing the nation any good.

I’m just glad I’m retired. Hope you kids get this thing figured out without it becoming a shooting war.

Every generation has their own unique cross to bear, though they all seem to be made of the same wood that is the spirit of man.

That’s how I can keep from getting in the weeds on this regarding my children and grandchildren. We live in a lost and fallen world. None of any of this stuff should surprise anyone. It’s how the world works until the Lord returns. Prepare accordingly...

So American Companies aren't hiring the best qualified candidate based on merit, only the candidates based on race. In the long run American Companies will not be able to compete against companies who hire the best qualified candidates based on merit. I wonder what the time frame on the “long run” is?

I couldn’t even tell you the races of the people on TV these days. I haven’t watched a TV show in years.

I wouldn’t be surprised if 70% of the network TV audience in the U.S. today is black.

There should be some pretty good class action lawsuits stemming from this.

Surely there are a couple of trial lawyers interested in a case with 60 percent of the nation’s population in the injured class and every big business deep pocket in the country in the wrong. Surely?

Young white folks paid big money to go to college in many cases to get good jobs with the big companies. Their four years of hard, time-consuming, stressful school work should have been expected to pay off.

Their near-total, systematic, racist exclusion means many large company white job applicants should be entitled to NYC teacher scale payouts (sometimes ~$2 million/each).

Go to work for SMBs and in your community.

2 ucking percent. That is "pushing a string" -- that means, in survey statistics, it is indistinguishable from randomness.

Here's the chart that directly refutes the MSM 'text' - it flashes right by when you do the Doomberg scrolling but it's obvious -- this does not reflect the story in any way, shape or form. This is indistinguishable from the same chart during late President Trump.

So, yeah, "Less Senior" roles have seen an increase in Hispanic and Black hiring. No f---ing shit. YOU WANT FRIES WITH THAT?
