ATLANTA — Scott Hall, one of the 18 defendants charged along with former President Donald Trump for allegedly interfering with the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia, pleaded guilty to the charges against him Friday.
Hall is the first defendant to enter a plea in the case.
Under the terms of an agreement with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's office, Hall pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud, conspiracy to commit computer theft, conspiracy to commit computer trespass, conspiracy to commit computer invasion of privacy, and conspiracy to defraud the state.
Under the terms of the deal, he's being sentenced to five years probation, and agreed to "testify truthfully in this case and all further proceedings."
Hall, 59, is a bail bondsman who was hit with charges relating to a voting system breach in Georgia’s Coffee County in early 2021. He was also the first of the 19 defendants charged in the case to surrender last month.

The threat against his son wasn’t mentioned in legal filings only on the Internet perhaps due to a rupture in the Multiverse where the alternate facts were shifted unfairly by the weaponized government.
Like I said from the start, the reason Fani arrested so many people under these false charges was hoping that several of them, without Trump’s resources and willingness to fight for what is right, would turn on him and become ‘witnesses’ who would testify to whatever the corrupt Government wants them to, for reduced or outright dismissal of charges..

He got a decent deal. 3 years of probation beats a day in jail.
They literally torture until one breaks...it isn9t justice, it’s further evidence of unlawful persecution of Americans. These tyrants will not go away by elections.

Not really. But this guy is a low level criminal. Why should he go to jail? He’ll get on the stand and say what he did. I doubt trump had a direct line to this guy. Why you are worried is weird.
Fat Fanny may be using his decision to turn state's evidence and plead guilty as just a message to bigger fish.
She's hoping to build some momentum. Now she will go to the slightly bigger fish and say to them, "See, Scott Hall just tossed in the towel...and others are right behind him. You had better take the plea offer while it is still on the table. As soon as we get enough defendants to turn state's evidence to nail Trump, the offer will be withdrawn and you'll go to prison. It's now or never."
