While Covid-19 rates have been increasing throughout much of the country, the message from many of our public health and political leaders has become one of minimizing and denial. This is happening nationwide, but some physicians at Boston’s preeminent hospitals are more often in the news.

We know that high-quality masks work to prevent infection. But Boston area hospitals (among others) dropped masking requirements on May 12. Massachusetts General Brigham went so far as to tell patients they can no longer ask staff members to mask. This has understandably caused an outcry among immunocompromised patients who fear seeking care due to their risk of infection. I wrote about this here and here.

Based on this article, Ms. Stone has lost all credibility to dispense medical advice.
It is better to ignore completely the false information (i.e., actually the lies, because she knows better ... or, as a self-promoted "Infectious Disease 'specialist'" she should know what she writes about masking is not true) and you will be healthier for doing so.

I couldn't handle wearing a mask when we had the mandates - some of the strictest in the nation in California. Gov. Newsom told us to "mask up" between bites of food when dining with our families.

I become lightheaded and dizzy quickly with masks, tried many varieties.

Found this one, finally, which I used on airlines, in hospitals, stores, etc. - anywhere masks were required for entry.

Masks don’t work!!! Heck, there’s and NIH study showing that they did nothing to stop Covid (I posted it a few months ago)....also, it states, masks could cause harm if used all the time.

One has to wonder why they’re so adamantly lying about that. Masks will harm you a lot, especially with high usage. Why are they pushing so hard?
