This reminds me of an old “headlines” joke by George Carlin.
“A man has barricaded himself inside his house; however, he is not armed and nobody is paying any attention to him.”
The union made a bargain in the contract.
Now they don’t like it................
Oh no. Where will I get the caffeinated hot ice cream drink that I never get?
Jimmy crack corn....
Here’s a clue, Make your coffee at Home.
yeah!
$7 for two bits’ worth of product (if that, Starfucks is very very weak coffee, they sure don’t use much)
If you want to at least taste your coffee, try Peet’s or any of several other brands
smiles
Gee, that’s a shame.
Oh, wait, no it’s not, can they both lose?
I end up going to *$$ a few times a year. Glad to NOT go there most of the time. My investment in an espresso machine and a milk heater/frother has paid for itself more than 10X over.
Starbucks is a huge business. They sure seem to have a loyal customer base..
Why do the customers pay a premium price for the product?
I have gotten gift cards for Starbucks. I thought it was ok, nothing special, not worth a premium price. But it’s just capitalism, if they have a loyal customer base willing to pay.
Now I like coffee....cold brew is the way to go, IMO.
I do driving for Doordash, and I have had 2 pickups from 2 different Starbucks this morning. At neither one of them did I see any sign of any kind of walkout
Who cares?

This is an example of why Americans have no savings.
(no reflection on you for delivery but on those that ordered it).
We have a local coffee roaster who sells by the true 16 oz pound - their slogan is “flavored coffee doesn’t have to s*ck!” It is really good!
Heck, Yuban in a can is vastly better than that Starbucks swill. How hard is it to get a coffee maker and plug it in?
agreed
Here…let me pull out my tiny violin… 🎻
a store without staffing is a store without revenue.
a store without revenue soon closes
which in this case would be very little loss to America
Somehow $5 for a cup of coffee doesn’t induce my support for either side. a win for the union probably presupposes $7 coffee, which, compared to $5 is just another example of the Siberian Dilemma.
Home made coffee: mmm mmm good.
Ghastly coffee, terrible service.

Starbucks coffee and politics are both GARBAGE. You can get a nice smooth cup of coffee at McDonalds for .73 cents, with endless refills at no charge.
SEIU.
